– Make sure there is enough variation in your posture and try to move around regularly.
– For phone calls, use a Bluetooth headset and move around during phone conversations.
– Plan for breaks between video calls.
– Try to alternate intensive screen work such as e-mailing with an activity where you can walk around for a bit such as a phone calls.
– For convenience connect a second monitor to either your laptop or computer. This will best mimic your regular workplace setup.
– Have the mouse and keyboard as close to your body as possible so that you don’t have to reach out.
